"On 1/14/24 I had a doctors appointment to get my bloodwork orders. For 2 1/2 months I had a really bad cough so my doctor said go down the street to Desert Imaging to get an X-ray of my chest. I went and they told me we will send it back to your doctor within 2-3 hours to see if by any chance I had bronchitis or pneumonia. Today I was contacted about my doctor's appointment that I have on 3/6/24. They told me they have the bloodwork results but never received the X-rays???? So technically you might be reading this review that a dead person just wrote. Avoid Desert Imaging!!!"

"VETERANS: bring an authorization letter (along with the order of what imaging you're having) from your referring provider PRIOR to coming here. (was not told this over the phone when I scheduled) my provider did not provide me with this (never has for other locations) but this location requires it and claims that veterans receive this in order to get imaging (we don't). I tried to explain to the front desk lady that they need to call the clinics they work with and communicate what they require for veterans to be seen, but she chose to talk over me at every attempt I tried to explain that this referral paperwork isn't something veterans receive or have access to on their own. I personally don't have free days to get rescheduled as I have to pay for child care the days I have appointments, so be aware & be prepared, I'm personally choosing to never return here for imaging."

"I was told my scans would be sent as urgent and my doctor would have the results in 3 hours. It was at 4:30pm on a Thursday so I checked next morning and they still weren’t available. Then I was told it’d be 24hrs and not 3 as I was previously told. Next Monday, no results. Tuesday, no results. I was finally told if my doctor didn’t mark it as urgent then it takes 3-5days. Which is understandable, but why provide misinformation over and over? A new treatment approach could’ve been done if the correct information was given from the beginning. Terrible service."

"My mother went for an exam today, the gentleman that performed the exam was very rude with her. If their personnel are not able to treat elder patients with respect or they don’t feel like working that particular day, they shouldn’t be there and be offensive."

"Brought my mother for an appointment at 2:40 pm arrived early as to not be late because if you’re late they will cancel your appointment . Ended up waiting 45 minutes no reason given as to the long wait ,unprofessional. Patients have other appointments and as well their time is just as important as theirs. The office was not busy . Not. Going back and letting the doctor know."
