"I just wanted to take a minute to review Elk Creek Klondike. I started going to them in December after my vet retired in October. The staff and Dr. Bennett have been really wonderful and kind. Ultimately my dog was sick and has now passed away, but during the last 2.5 months Dr. Bennett has been very accessible to me. Anytime I have called to discuss how things were going, front office would take my message and Dr. Bennett would promptly call me back to answer any questions. While my heart is broken over the loss of my sweet pup, I am grateful to have found Elk Creek and will go to them in the future. "I’m writing this review because I was overwhelmed at the compassion and kindness that Elk Creek Animal Hospital showed when I brought my companion of 12 years in to be euthanized. Simon had been a patient of Elk Creek Animal Hospital for the 12 years we were together. He had a heart murmur and kidney failure. As this was a tremendously hard decision to make, I came to the conclusion it was time. The entire staff was on alert when we arrived and ushered us to a sitting room where we could say our goodbyes. Dr. Bennett explained everything and was so kind and gentle during the process. They made an unbearable situation, bearable. Dr. Bennett, Dr. Reynolds and all the staff at the clinic genuinely care about their patients. We visited both locations for the past almost 20 years. "I am very impressed with Dr. Bennett. I have had 3 Yorkies. My last one Sophie had the notorious bad knees. Metropolitan doc did surgery at $2,000 twice and did not repair her leg. He wanted to keep “tweaking” it. My Yorkie now, Mia Glen had the bad knee cap. Dr. Bennett repaired it in one surgery at $1500. He guaranteed follow up surgery if there were issues. There weren’t any. I recommend this Vet Clinic 10 stars."
