"Dr Germain is such a wonderful vet. She has treated a cpuple of our pets and has now seen us thru the unexpected loss of one. She reminds me of the vets I grew up with as a kid. Honest, kind, and willing to think out of the box to help your pets. She is always transparent with costs and the viability of treatments, before asking you to spend hundreds when the outcome may likely remain unchanged. I personally appreciate that she also offers a holistic approach to treatment as well. The more options for the health of your pet, the better! Her costs are also so very fair. We have used vets in our area before, and it is unreal what just a visit and maybe an xray will run. Im not sure how families afford proper care for their pets when it's hundreds of dollars just to walk in the door. But Dr Germain doesn't seem worried about getting rich off her patients. She just genuinely wants to help them! Lastly, we drive over an hour to see her and I would drive it every day, willingly, just because I have seen what a great vet/person she is. She is a rare breed and we are so very grateful we found her!"

When I tried to get some information from them relate to prices and when’s the best date for my cat’s appointment. They were just impatient with me and said “I have to go to work” like huh if they have something else to do then why are they answered my calls in first place?"
