"Take my advise. If you want your taxes or any tax purpose Dont go to the broadway location .the legal agreement signed by them states you will have your refund within 21 days. I went ahead and had them file mine. And here it is april5th .had my taxes done on February 22nd. Havent heard from them to this day. I did call . And I think I knew more than they did. .so unprofessional... so take it from someone who has been there. Go somewhere else."
