"We had our AC go out on a Friday around 5pm during a serious heat wave with heat index approaching 100 degrees. We called Steinhardt at around 5:20, got a call back from a technician by 5:45 and had the technician at our house by 6:30. He diagnosed the problem as a blown fuse due to poorly installed drainage line backing up. He replaced the drain line and the fuse and had our AC back up and running in about 45 minutes. He double checked for any other issues both inside and out, checked the filter and the refrigerant level, all while answering all my barrage of questions. The cost was very reasonable, especially for being after hours and an emergency call. This is especially true when you factor in that we live in Owen County in middle of nowhere.
