"Our cat unexpectedly passed away on a Friday night, we live in Indiana and all the vets around us had already closed for the day. My wife and I were so heartbroken and devastated. We called Jefferson animal hospital and made arrangements to bring our cat there. They partner with another company for cremation services. I wish I would have wrote down the ladys name from the front desk. She had tattoos on her arms that's all my wife and I can remember her by. She was so nice to both of us and really helped us through the process. We both want to say Thank You to her and Jefferson animal hospital for helping us through with the loss of our fur baby."
