"Do not even consider going to this place! I took my dog there for a comprehensive examination and had a terrible experience with their medication and staff. Despite my requests for a prescription, they insisted that they were the only ones who had the medication. However, I later discovered that the same medication was available online at Chewy from the same company at a much better price. It's clear that they try to trap you and make you spend more money there. Be extremely cautious and avoid this place!"

"Totally lacking in compassion. It’s all about the money. Pushing unnecessary tests. After much thought we brought our 13 year old dog for euthanasia. She could no longer get up or down, could barely walk and had a tumor on her side. The doctor would not proceed without doing tests ($200 worth of blood tests). We took her to Vetco, ran by Petco and was treated with kindness and compassion. They made a heartbreaking day as easy as possible. Please go ANYWHERE else!"

"I like this hospital there very nice to your pet. They have a good wellness program for your dog as well. and they always give u a reminder call for there shots or whatever love that because we get to busy to remember"

"I just got my dog Spayed by banfield last week. When I went to pick her up someone from the front went back to get her, then came out with her and handed me to her and said she didn’t wanna walk and then gave me a sack with medicine in it and sent me on my way without any directions on how to use the medication’s. she couldn’t walk for two days and was non stop whining which is not normal according to another banfield we called and a blue pearl emergency er we took her to. They did not even try to schedule a post surgery check up and couldnt squeeze us to get back in to have her seen so thats why we went to blue pearl er to have her check with out of pocket costs. After going to blue pearl they said she might have an allergic reaction to the stitches she got and to get a surgical report so we could see what they did and the type of stitches they. We have tried to get the surgical report for several days now and they will not send it yesterday we called and the woman that we talked to the day before aggressively said she didn’t have time to talk and said she would call before they they closed and never did. So we got her into a band field at a different location today and they wanted to take x-rays to be sure that it was nothing major and it turns out she needs emergency surgery so we are now putting our dog through surgery again thankfully it was not the same banfield location where they butchered our dog, and was very unprofessional with us, but now we are out of pocket several thousands of dollars due to them being very unprofessional and not having time for our puppy"
