The doctor and staff are all wonderful--my old, cranky cat purred through her exam b/c of their gentle approach-- they tag-teamed it (a staff member cuddled and talked to her while the doc examined her). I feel like she's in great hands with respect to her medical care. Also, if you are concerned about parking in the Highlands--don't be! They have a parking lot behind the building that is accessible and has plenty of space."

Most important they made my cat's visit as painless and comfortable as possible for her. There was no pressure to do services I wanted to wait on. Follow up was exactly as they said it would be.
