"This is a nice practice with several vets. Most of the staff are friendly and good with our 3 fur babies that are patients and we have spent a lot of money for their care and treatment. We also just added a new fur baby that would have been another patient until today. The problem is when you need an appointment due to illness or injury you can not get an appointment same day or next unless you agree to pay an extremely expensive fee then you'll not exactly receive an appointment time but come in and plan to wait possibly quite awhile until there's a free moment available. This is the second time in a year this has happened and I have to go to the Animal ER for an issue that needed antibiotics."
