I called his business number at 8PM on a Sunday because our septic tank was backing up and not only did he pick up, he talked me through how to diagnose (call #1), how to then fix it myself (call #2) and then made sure I was good to go on my third and final call to him. If I ever need help with my septic again, Greg is who I'll call and recommend to all of my neighbors.
