"These people lie about their fees! If a woman answers the phone and tells you that it'll be $49.00 to get them to come out and look at the problem and then give you a quote for what needed to be done afterward before doing the work, they are lying. They were in my house for not even 5 minutes and told me my dishwasher was bad, and I needed a new one. They went back out to their van to write an invoice and ultimately charged me $178.00 total. $49.00 for the dispatch fee and then $129.00 for "Job Fee". This is outrageous. When I called back to complain about it, they tell me that was the evaluation fee, yet on my invoice it says $0 for the evaluation fee and $129 for the "Job Fee".... Also, their technician said it was their "hourly rate". So I guess the $49 dispatch fee is just to get them to the front door and then it's $129 when they walk in your house and touch anything and they DO NOT TELL YOU BEFORE DOING THE "WORK"..."
