"Where do I begin? Sandusky by FAR exceeded my expectations. Everyone was great in this company. Marcus is WONDERFUL!!!! After our first appointment to assess the damages, and he left, I called the person that recommended them and thanked him profusely. That’s how quickly I was impressed with Marcus. I could tell he had things under control, knew what he was doing and I could trust him. You want that when you’re dealing with any work on your home. He was quick to respond to my questions be that a text or a phone call, and there was nothing I asked that he couldn’t handle and get accomplished. His people worked HARD and their work ethic is like no other. I also appreciated that Marcus took the load off my shoulders and dealt with the insurance company. That meant a lot to me. The insurance company and Sandusky worked together seamlessly, which is another testament to Marcus. I really can’t say enough good things about Sandusky. "I found the Sandusky Construction team very knowledgeable, professional. The project was not typical and the plan/execution was carried out very well. We had excellent communication at every stage and all concerns were addressed promptly. The separate teams showed up on time and were courteous. They were well prepared in tooling and supplies as not to have any delays during the work and the project was completed well ahead of expectations. When complete, they were very thorough in clean up. I found the bid cost to be reasonable initially and more than worth it when it was complete. I have intentions to contract with them again for my three other future projects.
