They've even twice seen my animals same day when I called with what I felt was a pressing matter, respectively, whereas all the other vets in town, to include B-burg, blew me off. One pet had an infected paw, the other, lethargic and not eating. Thank you Country Critters for the excellent care and concern you've shown my pets as well as the efficient, no nonsense attention given!"
"Did not like it at all the few times I’ve been here. And the front desk clerk is extremely clueless, my gosh. Scheduled me an appointment for round 2 of a shot that my dog was supposed to get a few weeks after his first one, then everyone there acted like they had no idea what I was talking about…even after showing them email confirmation on my phone. And I feel like I was overcharged when I had already paid for certain things during his first visit. No explanation when I asked questions about the charges. We won’t be back here."
"Very fair prices for their services. I only take my pup here for hee shots and any care thats needed. They also run specials once in awhile so those are great as well. I always strongly recommend Country Critters. Wonderful and friendly staff. Plus when youre done you can get some popcorn"
