"Called to schedule an appointment due to the electrical fuse box to my house not working for my kitchen and told them I have safety concerns for running extension cords across my house to the affected room was an inconvenience for them to talk about. I was told that he didn’t have time to answer any questions and that if I wasn’t scheduling an appointment he had too much going on to explain things to me or answer my questions. They will not release my Job so I can find another electrician since they “don’t have time” and “he has way too much going on to answer questions”. I am not an electrician and having a question about a safety concern shouldn’t have been a problem for him. I believe anyone who wasn’t an electrician would have questions about this. Whatever you do, don’t ask questions to this business, they don’t like it. Which in my eyes means they either don’t know the answers or they just don’t care about customer service."
