"Shady business practices and sales people. I'm really bummed with this store after actually having a great buying experience. Sales people were patient with us as we shopped and answered all of our questions. Unfortunately, on one key question, they either flat out lied to me to get a bigger sale or didn't know and lied by mistake. My bed frame is already high off the ground because it has drawers in it, so usually we can only fit a mattress, and it's already a hop to get into bed. They were pushing the adjustable base hard on us, and we told them our worries about the height after adding that. They reassured us multiple times that we could return and get a full refund within 120 days, so we went ahead and purchased the base with the mattress. Everything was delivered today, and the adjustable base did make the mattress too high. I called to inquire about the return and refund only to be told that the bases could not be returned and it is clearly stated in the terms and conditions, which I would only see after making the purchase. If they had told me at any time during the sales process that the adjustable base is not refundable, I wouldn't have taken the risk by buying it. Really shady business practices. I'm still hoping they will rectify the situation. Otherwise, I have a $1300 adjustable base I can't use."
