"Continue to send emails and no reply yet. Payment has been receive by Ms. Richardson’s office but case is in limbo. Has taken so long that a revocation of license has been sent for failure to appear in court. Have gotten three different court dates but nothing yet. Wish the rating would allow a “0”. So many excuses. Update: Becasue of poor service and a lack of professionalism to include straight lies. The process was not complete and my licence is gone. I can't register my vehicle or drive to my job. -10 rating"
