"I am sorry to say I am amending my 1st review. Apparently there is a 24 hour limit on returns or exchanges. The icy menthol I purchased with the bog 1/2 off 2nd became irritating to my throat and I am unable to continue use. I called today and the lady I spoke with said I could not exchange the second one even though I would be a return customer @ 2 weeks. So that's $1000 plus in sales for a year, doesn't make good busines sense. I truly regret not returning I really was looking forward to being a loyal customer. Laurie was awesome, great customer service. My first time there and wanted something different than I was buying, Vuse, and she was so helpful and knowledgeable... I RECOMMEND HIGHLY"
