I and my wife live in Louisville, Kentucky and we have been driving down here to have our taxes done by Mary Taylor for over a decade. We have never been mistreated or made to only feel like clients. We also have enjoyed everything we have learned about taxes and yearly financial matters as she shares her knowledge. The office itself has plenty of seats (see picture) allowing the staff to attend to multiple people at a time. They are very friendly, professional, and quick to answer questions. Lastly, they are open year round. I once had to reach out to them outside of tax season to get a form showing my income so I can get a car.
