"Seeking opportunities to better community's of maps."
"My partner and I recently came here to press charges after he was physically assaulted in his own home and I was threatened. Heather was the first person we spoke to, and she was super helpful, she stayed later and allowed us to fill out paperwork after she was supposed to leave. We didn’t hear back about anything for about 2 weeks. Yesterday, my partner received a call from the office, from a woman named Taylor. She said that we did not submit sufficient evidence, and she incorrectly informed us that the police report allegedly did not include the witness. After my partner asked why his hospital record or injury photos were not sufficient, he was yelled at by Miss Taylor. I heard the way she was speaking to him so I asked him what was going on, and then she said that she could hear me in the background, and would not be giving me a call about the separate complaint I filed. That was very unprofessional, and she was rude during the call. We returned to the attorney’s office today, with the witness, Heather spoke to us at first and was kind, and helpful. We brought more evidence, and then Taylor came to speak to us. She knew who we were and had an attitude while speaking to us and the witness. She alleged that the police report had no statement from the witness, so we went to Pioneer Village Police and viewed the report ourselves. It stated the witness, her personal information, and the fact that she was there and saw everything that happened that day. I feel that we have been treated unfairly by some of these officials, and have questions to why they are not accepting medical records, photos of injuries, and even the police report itself as legitimate evidence. I’m very disappointed in the way that this has been handled so far."
"Extremely unhelpful and unwilling to work with my schedule to help me out with my problem that should have been taken care of the 1st 2nd or 3rd time I adjusted my schedule around them. I guess they just don't care about the problems of the people"
"I just needed to know what courts would be closed and what the county was doing with the traffic cases for a friend that was working. The person that answered was so very rude. Is my taxes going to pay someone to be nasty to me without even getting my name? This isn't right. But she had a holier-than-though attitude that I wouldn't volunteer to give 2 cents, let alone my taxes to pay her for."
"They have always helped me. The only thing I had negative to say is that the lady at the front desk wasn't friendly and acted like someone who was having a bad day."
