"Package was never delivered. Ordered from Amazon and there is no tracking number. Details on Amazon says UPS could not deliver, but no way for me to track package or get ahold of anyone. Sad you can’t reach a live person when you don’t even have tracking number."
"Driver left no info notice for a package that needed a signature and I called customer service sat on hold forever and was told package would be held at this location next business day so I could pick it up and aign for it. It was not so after driving all the way over there the guy at the front desk was very unhelpful and rude. Paid for mychoice and tried changing the delivery of this package through that but the package won't show up as to me even though it's coming to my address. Wish it had been sent through any other carrier."
"Packages were supposed to be delivered today but were left at local facility. Tried to change delivery to pick up at facility but can only do that with UPS Choice and the system wouldn’t allow me to sign up. Facility wouldn’t assist and it’s impossible to talk to a human if you call. Going forward I will always choose another carrier if it’s an option. Update: As instructed below, I did reach out via social to try to get some assistance. It's a virtual assistant and still can't talk to an actual person. I should've chosen FedEx."
"Communication system with computer operator is terrible. I need to talk to an alive operator and they just wouldn't let me. Poor service. I'm upset upset. No matter what I say the computer operator would not let me talk to an alive ooperator. I gave hking number and is the same problem. Sorry I cannot help, sorry I cannot help. It's so annoying."
