Reviews
"When a shipment hits the Georgetown location it gets delivered whenever they decide to do their job which is not often! Been on the truck for 5 days now out for delivery and still delayed. Twice no attempt made and then it was weather and there was no weather issues . I always have issues with fed ex. I can't stand this company"
"Same with every other review. Pure incompetence. Had two separate packages delivered to the wrong address. Not close in number or name. Nextdoor neighbor I could understand if it's dark. But two streets down the way? On top of supposed 2 day air taking two full weeks plus a day to get delivered."
"Our FedEx driver is the absolute worst, most spiteful human being. I don't understand how these people keep their job! We live out in the country, long driveway w a gate. He places the packages by the road intentionally. Had a sign made asking for packages to be placed over the fence..he still puts them by the road. When I called to complain..he's decided hes not delivering packages to me, stating delayed for weather the last 2 days..it's been in the 50s and clear the last 2 days..unreal..FedEx corporate has done nothing..I just called the companies they shipped from and told them the situation and to cancel the orders..FedEx is holding my packages hostage..ridiculous"
"I am profoundly dissatisfied with the service I have received from FedEx regarding the delivery of my package scheduled for 12/8. I feel compelled to share my experience, which has been nothing short of frustrating and infuriating. I made considerable efforts to ensure the successful delivery of my package. I rearranged my work schedule, made myself available, and even sat just 5 feet away from my front door all morning, eager to sign for the package. Despite my diligence, I received a notification stating that an attempted delivery was made, claiming no one was home. Unconvinced by the first mishap, I waited patiently for the rescheduled delivery on 12/9. I woke up early, propped my door open, and awaited the arrival of the FedEx driver. To my disbelief, I received yet another notification claiming an attempted delivery with the same "no one was home" excuse. It was evident that no effort was made to contact me or ring the doorbell. My frustration peaked when I contacted their customer service representative, who showed complete indifference to my concerns. She informed me that a "special delivery instruction" was necessary for drivers to knock on the door, which I find absurd. I requested to speak with a supervisor, but she refused. I also asked for the driver to return, which she declined. Her sarcastic and snarky responses were entirely unprofessional and unacceptable. Furthermore, the misinformation provided by the representative was disheartening. When I asked if there was a way to contact the driver, she falsely claimed that drivers do not possess any communication devices, which is highly improbable in this day and age. I am appalled by the lack of accountability and professionalism demonstrated by FedEx in this matter. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied with their services."
"Awful! I dread anytime I see that FedEx is a carrier for any of my shipments. Almost 100% of the time packages arrive damaged. This is absolutely unacceptable. There is no reason that packages should be arriving damaged or opened. I suppose none of you value your jobs, because by the looks of it, many others feel the same way. Do better FedEx, because I don’t think companies will be using you here in the near future if you don’t get your act together."
