"Worst shipping company ever!! If I could give 0 stars I would!"
"Companies need to stop using LaserShip. They are incompetent and don't even have a direct line of communication when you have an issue. First, I was told that the package was misrouted and sent to the wrong facility(but in the same state and only 1 hour away). Then after several attempts to contact LaserShip with no response; after 4 days of checking the status, it finally stated that the package was lost or "couldn't be found." How is this possible? What happened to it? And after looking at further reviews, I see this is a common issue with them. They would get 0 stars if possible."

"I would have given Lasership no stars if that was possible. I never received the product I ordered that was shipped using Lasership, but they notified me via email that the package was delivered. When I called their facility directly in Lexington, I was told the package was lost, but their normal practice is to send emails that packages are delivered, even though they are lost. When I contacted the company I ordered from, they discovered that many of their customers had reported the same problem withLasership. They were kind enough to send me the product again for no charge. I received the product in 2 days via USPS. Thumbs down to Lasership! Thumbs up to USPS!"
"I'm taking away a star for the truck driver, package was almost a week past the day it was in my town because he "couldn't figure out which house was mine." Which I will say is good on him he's not willing to leave a package at the wrong house but we have our house number on our mailbox, and it's on our house by the door which you can easily see from the road, we have a short driveway. Giving the 4 stars for the customer service! The lady I spoke to looked up my package immediately and told me about the driver not finding it, she looked up my address on Google maps and immediately knew which one we were and said she'd ask the driver if he was close enough to bring it back but if not they'd get it out to me no later than the next day. And sure enough it was here next morning!"
