"This is the shadiest branch maybe even company I’ve ever had the chance of encountering . They are liars and cheats. They charge you over $400 for a $28 dollar over draft , . Report you to collections for not paying, block your account except when a tax refund is hitting the account , take the money , then tell you you can’t have you account back after telling you it would be ok to bank there again. Very upset commonwealth bank and trust fell to these guys. Soo soo bad"

"Very professional team!! They do go above and beyond for their clients and try hard to solve any issues we had. I always left that branch with satisfactory results and in confidence that they did their possible best. The same goes for their customer service over the phone and via e-mail. Always prompt and professional. I never even try to go to a different branch and do all of my business with them only. Each and every person I have dealt with over the years at Bardstown Rd branch treated me with excellent competency, respect and understanding.
