"I reached out to Derek Gordon’s law firm on behalf of a loved one who Mr. Gordon had previously represented on a criminal case. We needed help with a clerical error that the department of probation and parole made on calculating my loved one’s time. It should’ve been a simple fix with the filing of a motion and I had plenty of money to pay whatever Mr. Gordon needed to get everything straightened out. First I called and left a detailed message with a receptionist/secretary. I never received a call back. After a week went by I called again and Mr. Gordon answered. I introduced myself, let him know I was calling on behalf of his client and started to explain what was going on.
