"Don’t set up a payment arrangement. They give you a five day grace period and then make you send a check that takes 7-10 days to clear. One day past the grace period and they garnish your wages. How’s that for noting your account"

"Was sent an email on the second of this month stating I would be sued for failure to provide payment for a loan I never took out from some loan company I don't know of for over $1300 that I never recieved from said loan company that is apart of some bigger loan company. And was told that the first email was the final notice before being sued, how can the first notice be the final notice if I didn't know about the loan in the first place? This makes no sense and it was nothing but threats of legal action."

"The only individual I spoke with was professional I guess but got to be very short at the end of our conversations. On my second phone encounter, I was referred to contact another person whom I never received a response, even after a second attempt. When asked about this, I was only offered this response...”Do you have any other questions?” Nice! I’m not one to just leave a negative review. I also eagerly leave good reviews when earned. This place is lacking a few stars."

"This law office is malicious. They did nothing to notify me of an unpaid loan, then without any notice or allowing any attempt to resolve prior to began garnishing my wages. A law firm that practices this way speaks volumes of their personal interest. We are During the middle of a pandemic my hours are cut and I have been hospitalized... they don’t care. They only care about money. Money that does nothing but pay for dinner on their vacations is causing me to miss meals. Your evil. I get that you are in a business to make money, but you are taking advantage of someone who tried to do the right thing and that is wrong. People get inheritance and buy houses and cars, I paid off EVERYTHING on my credit to avoid anything like this!! But you never reported it to ANY CREDIT agency so I never knew my Husband at the time didn’t pay it!! How would I? There is a special place for such evil that exists in this world. To enjoy seeing someone suffer is beyond me."
