"The caring attention of the vet and staff is great. But it is made better by having individual waiting rooms for each pet to romp around and calm down, because it is furnished somewhat like a room at home. This is what I will recommend most, and why I expect to be going back for each annual check-up. It's a longer drive for me to get there, but it is worth it."

"I searched for an animal hospital near me and this was one of the closest. So, I called and Leah answer the phone. She had amazingly wonderful telephone etiquette, which is very important to me. She listened to my issue with my pet, put me on hold briefly, consulted with a doctor and was able to find an appointment for us for that day. The location is convenient and has plenty of parking because it is part of a large shopping complex. We were helped immediately and directed to a waiting room. Each patient has his/her own approximately 11x11 or larger room, which contained a soft rug, large sofa, floor lamps and a vanity with appropriate medical supplies. After a sort wait, the doctor visited to assess my sick baby and get all necessary information from me. After another short wait, she returned with a course-of-action and its cost. Overall, I was so pleased with their services, facilities and handling of my ill doggy that I will make them my alternate place for veterinary services."

"Drs Greenwell and Adams are such skilled vets; this practice is professional and friendly. Anna, vet assistant, is amazing with the pets. April helps pets with mobility problems improve. My dog has had two surgeries at Petvet and is doing great. All of our pets rely on the expertise of Petvet."

"I can not say enough good things about this clinic. I came with my super fearful boy, Ziggy, after having many negative experiences at other clinics. Their fear-free approach is FANTASTIC. Minimizing stress and anxiety of the pets and owners is a huge part of the staff's job. The rooms are open, and don't even look like regular exam rooms; I really feel like this helps, as my boy gets really nervous as soon as we are put into an exam room. They treated Ziggy incredibly kindly, even though he was not very nice to them at either of his visits. They did not use any kind of physical restraint, and we were sent home with some medications to calm him down for his next appointment. They were able to get his exam and vaccines done at his next appointment. Everyone was gentle and understanding both times we went. I felt incredibly welcome; even though my baby boy is an a-hole, they were phenomenal. Pricing is higher than what my previous vet charges, but you definitely get what you pay for here."
