"Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you and have a nice day."
"Michelle @ the Charlestown IN location was very helpful ensuring my packages were placed back out for delivery. Very friendly!"
"Package shows delivered where the heck is my package?? This is not the first time it's a consistent issue with this post office delivering packages. (Update) The mailman delivered my package to another address on a different street. I'm on State Highway and it clearly showed the address on the package. I guess the mailman either can't read or is just ???"
"One particular front desk person that seems to always be there is not friendly AT ALL nor helpful, in fact just out right rude. It hasnt been just me either ive seen his nonchalant I dont care attitude with others too. He needs another job that doesnt involve customer interaction. I try to make a point to go to other places instead of this location when I can. I miss the older guy that used to be up front sometimes years ago. This new guy needs to move on."
"When you pay for a higher level of service such as 2-day priority, you expect a that level of service. They won't even pull in your driveway and walk to the door to obtain a required signature. Instead they honk once and keep on moving. They mark the delivery as a failed attempt. Keep in mind, my wife works 3rd shift and sleeps during the day, and I'm never home in time to catch the mail. First attempt was on a Saturday, and nearly a week later, no package. Whoever drives the route near Tunnel Mill, Dickey/Oscar Long should be fired. This isn't the first time we've had issues with priority, or even typical everyday mail."
