"BEWARE I would post negative stars if possible. This company locked my father, who had a stroke before the time of signing into a 60 month contract. I sold his house and asked how much to move and install at my present location... A number between 300 and 500 was quoted to move service. They can keep their service as well as their cold apathetic hearts. Now, my father is faced with a $1300+ bill to break contract, AND on top of it all, He is on a fixed income. Real Nice Brinks thanks for nothing."
"Very dissatisfied. Had my account with Moni’s for 5 years and was extremely satisfied. Since the buy out almost every contract I have had with them has been disastrous. Called customer service and was told to use the online help. Called and was told my security code was incorrect, called right back and same security code (which I have had for 7 years) was correct. Moni promised new upgrades with contract and Brinks didn’t honor it but making me keep contact. One mishap after another. As soon as contract is up I’m leaving."
