"I had some packages that I had to quickly get mailed to New York. It was very nice to have a smiling face at the counter to assist me in getting my devices sent out. Very unlike other federally funded postal service locations! I didn't know what size boxes to bring so I had to employee assist me in finding just the right sizes and he was able to keep my shipping fees very low. In fact he price checked for me all services and gave me their respective quotes. That kind of service makes me feel good about my money and that my packages are secure. I'll be shipping from here from now on!"

"They staff was so extremely helpful. Came in with an amazon return. Unfortunately she could not print the label because Amazon has instituted some new system where you can only go exclusively to a ups franchise store. I was going to have to go up to Beaumont to do that, which I didn’t want to do because I had a very tired baby in the car. Which meant delaying my return by another day. But instead I canceled the return, resubmitted and she was able to print the label and complete it right there for me. She was so very kind and it meant so much!!"
