"As bad as an experience can get - signed up for the registered agent services, went through a cumbersome registration and confirmation process, and then received a paid invoice notification by email. Did not see a contact person name, so I reached out to two separate email addresses, called three times, left a voicemail, etc to get that info. Nobody answered even after several business days, so I emailed asking to cancel and get a refund. Then got a scathing reply back that it was my fault I didn't find the info I needed and they will keep my money even though I had already taken my business elsewhere"
