"I've been banking with this bank for more 3 years now and for me to have to wait 8 days for a check that's in my name from an insurance company claim to clear all because the lady who works at my bank where I bank. Said she was on hold from the company to clear the check for 10 minutes she hung up. Also told me she didn't have to be on hold. Wow I thought you worked for the community of the account holders at this bank. I'm not going to call her out on here but I plan on filling a complaint..I'm switching banks as soon as the check clears. Awful bank managers there. In Martin Tennessee on Skyhawks drive"

"The bank i was dealing with finally broke the last straw... done business with them for MANY years... when I needed them for an emergency...suddenly I was a total stranger to em... I walked into this bank told them what was going on and they had me going almost immediately... since then I have always had pleasant interaction with them and will continue doing business there."

"set up my account 4 months ago. it was supposed to be automatic savings transfers to cover cking as needed. with a $2,000 plus balance in my svgs, while I'm out of town with no internet, I was charged $187 for very small visa charges to my checking. They did not give me the courtesy of a phone call. These transactions were supposed to be covered by my svgs balance. I am closing all 3 of my accounts today."
