"I withdrew money from my account today at the Dover Crossing branch. I didn't know it, but I apparently dropped $40. when I was leaving. Maria saw that I dropped $40, and she deposited it back into my account. When I got home, Fortera had called my home phone. I checked the mobile app, and there was a full explanation about dropping the $40., and it was already deposited back into my account. That was an amazing job by Maria. She really deserves special recognition for being so observant and saving me money. Great job and I appreciate it so very much!"

She was the person that took care of us. she was very resourceful and formative, friendly, approachable. And showed genuine concern about our needs. She was willing to go above and beyond we were there for a refinance auto loan she also looked at other ways that she could help us for things that we had qualified for appreciate all her hard work and dedication it was a pleasure knowing her and working with her."
