"The people in this office are amazing and super nice! They worked so diligently to get me everything I needed! Awesome awesome people. They truly worked a miracle for me! I would have lost my job and career if it weren't for the people in this office. Friendly, courteous, and ever so helpful! Love this place!"
"Received a bill in SEPT 2023 for a service done in June 2023 with only 2 weeks deadline to pay the bill. I am uninsured and this bill came as a surprise. The statement and website online says payment plans are available but no one answers the phone or has any knowledge of what it going on with your account or bill. UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE NO ONE IS AVAILABLE TO HELP YOU OR ANSWER SIMPLE QUESTIONS"
"They never mailed me any bills and just sent to collections. When I called to clear up the issue the local office was rude and unhelpful"
"I received a notice on my credit report from a collection agency wanting to collect on a relatively small amount of money that originated from High Plains Radiological Association in July 2019. The timeline and details line up so that I am not questioning the existence of a charge. However, I never received a bill as I would have simply paid the balance well before it was sent to collections. Here in the reviews, HPRA likes to respond indicating that they confirm they sent statements to the address on file. Given the number of similar experiences outlined in other reviews, there is obviously something wrong with their process. From a legal standpoint, they obviously aren't going to admit to not having sent statements. However, their record of saying they sent a statement is no different from my record of saying I didn't receive one. Should HPRA choose to respond to me as well, I would like to be contacted with not only the address on file but also the dates the supposed statements were sent. I have already contacted a number I found for HPRA billing, and the person I spoke to wouldn't discuss anything beyond giving me a number to call, which was to the collections agency I had already contacted. As it is in collections now, I am researching what my options are given that I never truly had an opportunity to pay it. The amount of money owed is and never would have been an issue. I feel sorry for others who end up here in a similar situation. I am saddened by all of the stories in these reviews that sound identical to my current situation."
"I like everyone else, received a bill ($27.00) from a collection agency, when I have never received a bill from High Plains, nor have I ever heard of this company. Some of their google review previous replies have stated they are often given incorrect contact information for patients. If they have my address to give to a collection agency, they surely should have had my address to send me a bill. When I called to inquire they told me they couldn't give me any information, my file was closed and sent to collections, and I needed to contact the collection agency. When I contacted the collection agency, they told me they had no information other than that I had been sent to their collection agency. After contacting my insurance company I was informed they were in fact contracted with a local hospital that I had visited over 6 months ago. High Plains had incorrectly coded my claim, and I should have never received a bill from them in the first place. Miraculously, they were able to access my file, and told my insurance company they had sent me a bill monthly (NOT TRUE). I have contacted the hospital that contracts with High Plains and let them know what a unprofessional company this is."
