"Rude hateful employees. Very scary as these ppl drive sick and disabled ppl to appts. How do they treat their clients/passengers. The State needs to do some investigating."
"To arrange a ride for someone to go to the doctor, they now must have 1 week's notice. 2-3 days was the policy a year or so ago, and before COVID. If you are very sick and have no transportation of your own, you can't wait that long to get help/a ride. Calling an ambulance is the only other option and that's not what the service is for."
"The last time I tried to set up transportation, even weeks ahead of time, they couldn't book me at all. The lady said there were only a few drivers. My understanding is the drivers keep quitting because of the pay and how they are treated by management.They have plenty of expensive vans just sitting in their lot, but people in the community can't have access to them. It's caused some real problems for me. The drivers that they still had when I last used them were super nice people. I sincerely hope the agency will fix these issues."
