Without anything on my part they went and bought a brand new one and replaced it within hours. Honestly if we hadn’t noticed it from earlier I would have never even noticed it was new. "This company does not take responsibility for it's dump truck throwing rock out of the bed and busting my windshield. No return call from the owner. The lady I spoke to said they were not hauling rock that day. It is a dump truck for an excavating company, that has hauled rock before. Heaven forbid anyone should think it may still have some in the bed of it that could fly out and hit a car. Update: I've called twice now and it looks like the owner will not call me back to discuss the issue. The last call I made, I was told they have seen this review."

"I recently had an emergency where I needed a backhoe quickly. My horse that I have had for years passed away unexpectedly. I know businesses have work lined up for weeks in advance. I called many services and received the did you try "someone else" left many messages at other companies that never returned my call. Byrd took my call and went out of their way to accommodate my needs. Many companies would use that situation to take advantage of a consumer by charging emergency fees and other charges. Byard was more than fair and in fact very, very generous with their time and equipment. I could not recommend them any more highly. They not only did the job their decisions were driven by a moral compass that shows great compassion and empathy. If I ever need any work done that they can complete they will get the job. A business that completes it's work with compassion and is not profit driven but more than fair and yes they were generous with their time and equipment. I can not recommend them more highly for the moral character of the company. Angela was my angel when i needed one and Byard came through for me in a way that would make Jesus proud. I am truly grateful to the fine men and women who work for Byard. Give them a try. A company with a moral compass!"
