"They have returned to sender every package I have had sent to the home we bought here in Hopkinsville last year. Apparently they feel its still an appartment even though we have re done the house as a single family home. They don't even attempt to deliver however. They just hold the package at this location they would notify me in the past and at least give me a heads up to come and pick it up, now they just send it back to shipper."

"I wish I could give negative stars. So I've called twice to see about a package that was "delivered" and both times I've been told that it was driver released and it should be there. After explaining that in the past no UPS driver delivers to my house due to my dogs they said they spoke with the driver and she said "I delivered it but didn't see any dogs". Obviously took the item to the wrong house. So now its my problem to contact the vendor about a stolen item, jump thru a thousand hoops, and maybe not get the item back that I already paid for. Wish amazon used FedEx...much more professional and reliable. UPS SUCKS!"

"If I could give negative stars I would!!! I had a package that had the wrong address for delivery so I called the customer service department to give the new address. They fixed the new address and someone fr this local branch called me to verify the correct address! The next day they still delivered to the wrong address... I had to call them to see what was going on, I was assured I would get a call back shortly! Never did. So almost 24 hrs I call to see what was going on with my package I was hung up on and redirected to 2 more people!!! Finally the local branch calls me to say the driver will try to retrieve the package . I ask what happens if he doesn't get it back? Then she said I would have to notify the shipper to make a claim! What kind of BS is that?! I will NEVER use UPS for anything they are horrible!"
