"Called and no pets are allowed while their website says otherwise. Also, rude over the phone."
"Room price was exceptional, but the condition of the room was extremely poor. It reeked of stale cigarette smoke and was not clean. The beds were not comfortable. We did not sleep. Had trouble checking in because an additional cash deposit was required in addition to our online reservation. Definitely will not spend money here again."
"What a dump. The awning was nearly collapsed. The room was cold, no heat in bathroom. Furnishings were thrift store junk. Stairs wobbled. Carpet and wall stained with what looked like blood, but probably paint spills. Worst place ever."
"Dirty rooms, door knob didn't always work, no furniture in room, tv didn't work, unsafe stairway , falling apart, loose and broken steps, no knob on shower /tub. Appears there has been NO maintenance for a very long time. Front desk attendant was very nice, but had NO access to soap, shampoo, etc. Appears no vacuum used on the floors. Broken/cracked, open windows. Apparent glitch in the booking/reservation system and so they charged my car twice. OYO has not corrected the issue and I have not received a refund. No answer when you call OYO. No response from OYO via messaging. Rated a 1 because there is no lower choice."
"Absolutely horrible!!! Never again!! Shower took 20 minutes to get hot (not kidding). No remote to the tv, if you figure out the trick to get it to turn on. The rooms were furnished with trash furniture and no plug-ins available to plug in our chargers. Left a $9.00 key deposit but front desk would not answer the door bell for myself or 2 others who were trying to check out to get the deposit back. It's only $9.00 (supposed to be $10.00 but instead of me going back to my car for more money, she let me only pay $9.00). So far, they have made $29.00 in key deposits because we all left. The phone number connects you to OYO and operates from who knows where, no way to contact the hotel directly. Crazy!!!"
