"We had a pleasant stay. Enjoyed the pool, the room was clean, and the breakfast options were great. The hotel is dated in some areas, but no complaints for an overnight visit."

"My husband was not allowed to check us in because the reservation was under my name even though he had my ID. Manager Thelma Sena was completely rude. Her level of rudeness was unexceptible i would not recommend anyone staying at this hotel. I had to go in and provide my ID and the card i used myself while my children waited in the car. I had to write down the names of everyone that would be in the room including my children's names, the make model of our cars and color so they would not get towed during the night. I had to verify my home address even though it was clearly on my drivers license. Her general manager lisa apologized. In my opinion Mrs Sena should be removed from her roll of manager at this facility. Or they will continue to lose buisness.I will not refer anyone to stay here. stayed in room 320 no hot water!"

"Guest rooms and beds were comfortable. Breakfast/lobby area needs updated. Chairs completely worn out. Front desk staff was friendly and efficient."

"The check-in process was disappointing if not frustrating! For one, the woman at the reception desk (Brianna) didn't really seem like she enjoys her job there. Probably because she never smiled the whole time she was checking us in. I didn't expect some over-the-top cheerfulness but one smile goes a long way in the world of customer service. I'm pretty sure she knew that. On top of that, she assigned me a room to which the keys didn't work. When I went back down to get new ones, her response was that "you really should just tap once", as if to assert that it couldn't possibly be an error on her part, and that it was obviously an operator error. I went back upstairs to the same room and the keys yet again failed to work. I was getting ready to head back down once again when I heard a sneeze coming from inside! I knocked and a gentleman opened the door. I asked if he was staying in that room but he said he was actually a maintenance tech and that he did tell the desk he would be working on the room. He was just as surprised to see me. I was livid at this point. The overall satisfaction of any hotel stay starts from that very first interaction at the desk. This was a fail in my eyes and really immediately shaped the decision point that this will be my first and last stay here."

"By far one of the best hotels I've stayed at. First of all they we're the only hotel out of four that I called who answered their phone. They also were very professional and welcoming over the phone. When I got there, the establishment was very clean and smelled wonderful. I love the smell of cleaning products, and it smelled very fresh in there. Our room was very accommodating, being that we are a family of five. It was the biggest room I've ever been in without it being a family room. Every person that I came in contact with that worked there was so sweet. I recommend this hotel 10 out of 10. Miss Ruth and Miss Lisa were they two ladies that I interacted with while I stayed at the hotel. They are some of the sweetest ladies ever. If I am ever back in Clovis, that will be the only hotel I stay at. The hotel is very clean, very quiet, the beds were so comfortable. Save yourself some time with looking around and just go ahead and book there. You will not regret it."
