"Do Not Recommend. We we're the buyer. We had a complicated closing and they messed up the taxes. Now I have to file a claim on my title insurance. Their communication was nearly non-existent. We had to call them constantly and when we caught them in lies, they blamed us. Their unprofessionalism caused an incredible amount of stress. I will not use them again for any reason. Also, they are related to the company they use for land surveys, huge conflict of interest there. It also caused problems."
