"Alex and Elijah were able to respond within hours of my call and were courteous, professional, and most helpful. I thought I would need a replacement for the flusher, but Alex cleaned my existing one and said that was all I needed. Elijah then sucked out all the existing debris in my tank and they also checked my other tank which was old but still working fine. They explained that if and when I chose to purchase a new toilet, they would install it for me. I was extremely happy and appreciate their help. Kudos, and keep up the good work!"

"They told us that we needed a 80 gallon tank for our well, versus the 25 gallon we had. Quoted us a price that we agreed on. Wife was home and there when they installed, and signed for it. When I went out to check it out, I found a 33.4 gallon tank, not a 80 gallon. Charged us the same price as the 80 gallon tank. Called the company up, and the secretary tried to explain how 33.4 is equivalent to 80, not sure how her math works. Told us we would get a call from the owner, 2 weeks later still no call. You better double check if you use them, to make sure they are putting in the agreed upon equipment."
