"Dropped off some packages a few days ago they never scanned them im going over their as soon as they open and i bet their cameras are not working how do i know that? Because well they never scanned my packages according to the tracking numbers and if for some reason the camras work we will see what the federal prosecutor says about the theft"

"Love this store! So glad to have a convenient shipping location in Lone Oak again! The store is very nice and the staff are AMAZING! I’ve used them for shipping and printing and have had nothing but wonderful service each time. My first experience was shipping to a military base which has a lot of “red tape” that I had zero idea how to navigate, but they took care of everything and were able to get the package to the right place. Great prices too! We will continue to use them for all our shipping and print ting."

"I rarely leave one star reviews but after my experience at this business I felt I had no choice. My wife and I went in to the store to get some idea of what it would cost to ship several pieces of antique china place settings, my wife's mom gave her, to our home in Colorado. We were treated like we were a bother, someone they didn't care to do business with. After much persistence, they said they wouldn't even be able to give us a ball park estimate. The best they could do would be to box everything up for shipment and then tell us how much it would cost. By that point we would have had no choice. So, we left and called the UPS Store and they, after asking us several questions over 10 minutes on the phone, told us it would be approx. $600 to $700. We then went to that store and shipped the china to our home for $705. Thankfully the UPS store cared and treated us very well. We definitely won't come back to this store ever again. Five others we told, that live in Paducah, feel the same way after we explained our experience. You would think a place that exists to ship packages would be able to do better than, hey let us box it all up and then we will tell you what it would cost."

"Beautiful store! Friendly, fast and thoughtful staff as well as being convenient in lone oak! So glad this option has opened in this area as it is so much better than fighting traffic to one of the post office' that close earlier and then to fight standing in a long line forever.
