"After dealing with Sharp for 2 months, Forward was supposed to deliver a new refrigerator today, bring it into my house, and remove the old refrigerator. Instead, Forward left the fridge on my driveway and left. No phone call or knock on the door. I have tried multiple times to get someone on the phone with no answer or response. How am I supposed to move a fridge up the steps and into my house by myself? I am literally flabbergasted at how terrible this has all gone."
"Our first order of $800 window blinds were left on our front porch unannounced without even ringing the doorbell. (We were home that day because we had been told they were going to call to schedule delivery). When I saw the box I understood why they were dumped on my porch. A fork truck had left its two tracks on it crushing and bending the long box. Though well packed and protected with stiffened boards the blinds in the crushed box were found to be destroyed. The blind company was great. They immediately told us to dispose of the damaged blinds and they would remanufacture the order. Two weeks later the new delivery date was missed. It took my wife another two days of calling Forward Air to get someone to pick up the phone. (They have no way to leave a message). The woman who answered was rude to the point that she brought my 75 year old wife to tears. She told us that our blinds had arrived but had been “sent back to San Antonio”. When asked why she began shouting “I don’t know lady!” The blinds were indeed returned. Not to San Antonio but San Diego according to the blind maker. No one knows why. My guess; they drove over them again. Horrible company."
"This is the worse delivery company I've ever had to deal with!!! My purchase was supposed to be delivered on Monday. So on Tuesday.... my delivery was supposed to be between 12pm & 4pm. I called & they said the truck had broke down. So on Wednesday.... They assured me that my delivery would be here between 12pm to 2pm. He had me on hold to speak to the delivery driver to make sure it would be here. I called them again. This time I talked to a lady who works there. She told me that the person I spoke with yesterday had failed to put the info in their system, so it was saying that they didn't have any delivery on Wednesday for me. So she once again set up my delivery for the following day & said it would be here between 12pm to 2pm. Sooo on Thursday.... I call again but this time the guy is really rude. He's like, "well what do you want me to do?" I'm the customer who's getting ready aggervated sense I've been waiting for the last four days for my delivery that doesn't come! So what do I want them to do? I want them to get their act together and not be rude to me. I understand that it's the busy season, this is the time to shine. Not to be getting more bad reviews than good. I just want my delivery. By the way, its now 4:30pm EST and I still haven't received my order yet. Sandy"
"Absolute worst shipping experience of my life. Package is overdue by 16 days. I called repeatedly and no one answered the phone. Finally got corporate to connect me. Made an appointment for delivery today between 1-5p. Two hours later another person from forward air called to schedule the delivery, I told them I had already scheduled and they told me that wasn't possible and then complained about the people they work with screwing things up. Then they said they would be here. Today I called at 5:30p when the delivery didn't arrive. They said they were still 2-3 hours out. Got another call just before 8pm saying they wouldn't make it at all and had to reschedule for tomorrow afternoon. Meanwhile I had to make arrangements to be available to sign for the package for a period of EIGHT HOURS for no reason since they cancelled. I may never get the package! Left a message for the manager to discuss the issues and never received a call back. Terribly unprofessional, unreliable, bad."
