"Drivers BEWARE! This company is not good. They gonna treat you like servants. They don't care if you have a current med card, you will most likely do another dot physical. They don't care if you have a cdl license, when u show up for orientation be prepared to take another cdl test including a cdl pretrial trip test in which you are only allowed to miss 5 out of 98...or it's a fail and you are sent home. They are notoriously cheap...fruit loops for breakfast....plus if you gonna try the lease...lol...don't walk!! RUN!!"

"I like the dedicated lane but the pay and equipment is terrible. I’ve been with the company a month and my tire has popped 3-4 times and I had one major breakdown causing the entire truck to shut down while driving. Also, it’s like tug or war with connecting the airlines and cranking the landing gear so you’ll need a mallet or something for that issue. Update: I’m 9 months in and it hasn’t gotten any better. The equipment still suck. I’ve sat in the yard and in the shop majority of the time. They don’t want to pay layover or breakdown. We’re 2 months in the year and I’ve only made 2k for each month. Also, I found out it’s only one manager over the entire account. Good luck trying to get paid what they owe you especially after sitting those days because they refuse to give you a otr load while the plant is closed."

"I started at this company 7 years ago. The pay was so bad I could barely sustain enough money to eat on the truck. They paid for my schooling and I had a contract to stay at least a year. That was not viable so after 6 months I moved to a better paying company. I was responsible for paying back the loan. My husband wanted to get into truck driving last year and tried to go through Pam transport hoping it had gotten better I encouraged him to do so. The training they sent him to was absolutely terrible. His roommate was a complete umbilical and almost caught the hotel room on fire. My husband had asked multiple times to be moved to another room or get another roommate. They would not provide him another roommate and told him that he was responsible for paying for his own room if he did not want to share it with his current roommate. Then at one point had stolen my husbands phone. When he addressed his roommate about this it became a heated argument. My husband was able to retrieve his phone but was removed from the school due to this. They are pursuing him for a lone that he never signed paper work for. That means they forged his signature. And are now trying to make him responsible to pay for a loan that he didn’t agree to in any legal manner and for a service that was not provided to him even according to the “loan contract”. All in all stay far away from SCAM TRANSPORT. They currently have many lawsuits against them for scamming their driver and have had a countless number of them in the past."
