"Terrible company! Customer service is pathetic! I was suppose to receive an item delivered by this company originally on Jan 11, then they pushed it back to Jan 12 later in the evening after I had already taken off work for the day. Then they said they attempted to deliver it on Jan 12, but never came by my house! I was home all day waiting. Finally, I called their dispatch to find out what was going on and they said it had to be delivered on smaller truck on Jan 15, but once again never called me to notify me, but assured that it would be delivered. Then they pushed it back to Jan 16, I called again to find out why it was pushed back and they said they would not be able to deliver it my house and that I have to come pick it up! I called to schedule a pick up time and then they told me I was not allowed to pick it up because it was scheduled for delivery! Worst customer service I have ever encountered in my entire 48 years on this earth! I would never use this company for anything!"

"Your driver of truck #8153 has a problem with tailgating and speeding. I would change lanes and he would continue to tailgate anyone in front of them, then cut off another semi. You need to get them off the road before they kill someone!"

"Louisville Kentucky manager Eric is racist and a bigot. He’s apparently got something against white female Class A drivers. Very unprofessional. Not sure how this guy is still in the position he’s in for Central Transport."

"Shows the shipment was received on Thursday. I called to get an update but they can't track it with the Bill of Lading number. I had to go on their website to trace a Bill of lading to get a tracking #. It is Tuesday now, it was estimated to be delivered today, now it says Wednesday. On Wednesday, received a call that drivers don't feel comfortable going into resident area. I do this all the time, there were two. Their trucks aren't that big with lift gate. Rescheduled for Saturday. Called in Saturday, no one is working that day. On website it shows estimate Monday. I guess I will never get this pallet."

"Worst place ever to do your business with.their customer service sucks,on time shipping sucks my order has changed dates of arrival.how are they still in business is the biggest issue. At least 80 to 90 percent of their reviews are bad....P.S to central transport you could be a great company if you get better workers,and improve your customer service people. They dont care about your company and it want be anything more than a 3rd world shipping company. Unless you manage your people better."
