"The workers were moving furniture and knocked off my mirror that I just had repaired. When confronted about it the worker tried to act like he had no clue he knocked it off, when the impact was loud enough to be heard from inside my apartment. When I contacted the "supervisor" he insisted on just rigging it back together with zip ties after I just had to pay someone $150 to get it repaired like new. If that was the case i could easily do that myself! Thankfully I have that companies name and information because they will be hearing from my attorney"

"My Grandmother had furniture delivered to her home by this company and her pills came up missing. I'm assuming they were looking for narcotics. . Instead they took her pills for her sugar and blood pressure . She is a severe diabetic. The owner was very nonchalant and unapologetic about everything and said she lost them. Its a clear bag with 10 bottles of pills in them that she had never misplaced before. He did nothing to try and make it right . She is on a fixed income and had to spend an extra 200 to get her meds back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL STEAL and have no accountability!"

"Pendleton delivers for the Furniture Row group in Clarksville, Indiana. Our delivery time was scheduled for between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m., We are sitting here and it is almost 9:00 p.m. We have not seen Pendleton or our Furniture Row furniture. Lady from Pendleton answering phone would not return calls per messages left trying to find out what is going on. Would not have them deliver anything as they cannot deliver on time. Finally got a call from delivery man who blamed Furniture Row for them (Pendleton) being late due to Furniture Row not being organized. Called Furniture Row and talked to manager Jordan who said they were having problems with Pendleton and was looking for new delivery company, In the mean time they have our money (delivery fee) and we have no furniture."
