"Terrible communication and service!! I went here after speaking to a staff member who was an intern, about our 2021 taxes and what we are doing wrong with paying both federal and state money......never have in all my years of filing and since moving to KY from IL 2 years ago. He said bring them in and we'll take a look at them. We won't charge you unless we can get you money back......and I can't sign off on them but my mom can so she will look them over. I took them in Sept 16, gave to a staff, and she said they will call you when they get time to look at them. After appr a month goes by and I hadn't heard anything so I called. The female staff told me well since those are 2021 taxes it's too late to file...............duh, I knew that, so they will get to them soon. I eventually PM that female staff and she sent a text to that intern and she said he would get a hold of me...................never did. I called after almost 2 months of hearing nothing and said I will pick them up. No reason for the delay, no sorry we couldn't get to them, just here you go."
