"Expected package from center well pharmacy yesterday, sent me pic of door saying delivered. Too bad the door wasn't mine. They never made sure they were at right address. So now I don't have my package and all I get are robots who are no help. Still haven't got to talk to live person. Bad bad customer service."

"Nick was awesome yesterday. Granddaughters birthday gift lost in delivery. They didn't find it, but was so nice to hear in his voice that he and his co-worker cared. Unlike the oversea customer service which refused to connect me with the direct station. Yesterday they connected and Nick helped, today no present for Granddaughter and they say " we cannot connect direct" hummm... they did the day before. Of course, they were sorry for the problem.... "Joe" at customer service overseas.... you suck."

"We went to pick up a large package. I WISH there had been more instructions on what to do. Locked fence and no one around. Once someone finally told us what was needed. While it was confusing, they finally said they would bring package out. The guys who brought out the box were great. Loaded it and joked around with us."

"Got notice my package was delivered. It was not! Called FedEx with tracking number, automated keeps hanging up on me. You can't talk with a "Human" without the number. Automated does not recognize the number and hangs up!! Obviously my package was delivered to the wrong address and that person has decided to keep it!! WAY TO GO FEDEX!! Idiots!"

"I ordered some parts for a job I had to get done and paid the up charge for next day delivery. When it didn't show by the time it was scheduled to I called them, and the lady told me it showed up to late to get put on the truck. They were going to deliver them the next day. When I told her I had to have them and I paid for next day she said there was nothing she could do. I asked if I could just pick them up because not getting the job done was not an option. She told me no you can't pick them up because they had been pulled for the truck the next day. I then asked to speak to her boss or supervisor. The lady that got on the phone was very polite and said she would call the center and see if they could get it for me. She then called back and said they have not found it yet, but would call me if they came across it. I explained that this was unacceptable and I can't call my customer and tell them that the job won't be done because of FedEx failure. this is a very poor way to do business. I have lost all faith in this company. Our business closes in 5 mins. so i guess I have failed my customer because of FedEx"
