"Calling this place is one of the last things I ever want to do again. Spoke to several employees and all were equally rude and not helpful at all. Thankfully I finally got the pleasure of speaking with a very nice young man that was able to help and didn't have the same "couldn't care less " attitude as all the female employees I spoke with."

I HAVE BEEN SO INCREDIBLY LUCKY to have federated transport this week they took me to get mental help, appointments and my son's appointments as well. Leeann is so amazing and has the kindest heart.. idk why y'all are judging the WHOLE process because dispatch .."

"I called for a friend and was on hold at 4:25 and someone picked up at 4:30 and said they close at 4:30 and we will have to call back the following day which wasn't within the two day time frame so he couldn't get a ride to his doctor appointment."

"After several successful pick-ups and back home at first just fine... to getting a new phone number and updated with this company a half a dozen times and I was not picked up or contacted on scheduled appointments and they said my new phone number was not updated? I then asked to speak with someone who can fix the issue where this doesn't happen again and I was put on hold almost an hour and I called back and placed on hold again... Why are treating people with disabilities this way? So now I can't make appointments because I don't have trustworthy transportation ."
