"Carriers and O/O be careful with this broker! They are crooks. They do not pay their bills. Send us a claim, no supporting documents, just an invoice. Our insurance requested supporting documents, and pictures. 2 month, nothing was sent. We filed collections, to get paid. In retaliation William Holton from Kingpost posted a review on us on Freight guard(Carrier411), saying there was a theft of cargo, unresolved claim and so on. Which is totally false. Cargo was delivered, bills signed, and summited to the broker, Kingpost. For claims we have insurance, and they are handling it, but Kingpost is failing to provide documents. This false Freight guard report is really hurting our business, brokers that worked with us for years are having problems with the compliance department because of this false report. When contacted about the report being false, they don't care. Charles Webb from Kingpost made suggestion to settle the claim directly with them and then they will remove the Freight guard report. Sounds to me like an extorsion. Sounds like they really do not have supporting documents for claim, and that is their way of making extra money. I am filling a report with FMCSA and involving lawyers. Be Careful!"
