"Unprofessional. I had a package delivered that was 395lb, and they sent one man to deliver it without the equipment to bring it into my home. When he expressed that the package was very heavy I was empathetic and told him that I didn't expect him to bring it inside without assistance but he was rude about it anyway. I don't even have any steps (the porch is exactly 1 step up from the ground) but the driver told me he was leaving it in the driveway and that it was non-negotiable. My husband just had surgery on his chest and is unable to help me lift it, so now my over $1200 delivery has to sit in the driveway until I can find someone to help. Not the service I was expecting and I felt like I was being aggressed/talked down to as if it was my fault that he was not given the help or equipment he needed to complete the delivery. I believe he had valid reasons to be frustrated but perhaps take that up with the company and not the customer."
"Tldr: Took a month and a half to deliver and install our appliances. Several hours on the phone with employees who couldn't care less. Several visits to install, but they "didn't have the equipment," so they just left. Will never use a company that utilizes their services due to the worst customer service experience I have ever had with them. They deserve 0 stars. Update 3: A full month and a half after being told our appliances would be delivered and installed, they were. 3 attempts made to have someone come install a microwave, 2 of which they left because they didn't have the equipment for it. But they delivered the items at long last after I hinted at a lawsuit over them holding our items hostage. Calling makes no difference. The employees don't care. The Hub doesn't care either. Unfortunately, I will never be buying appliances from Samsung again if they continue to use this horrible company to deliver. Update 2: Removed the star I gave them. We had another delivery that was scheduled for Friday. They called the day of and rescheduled for the next Saturday. Chat resulted in no help. I called, and the initial person I talked to didn't want to help until I asked for a supervisor or "solution specialist." I was finally able to talk to someone who will be, again, contacting the "hub" to see if they can move the date up. The excuse this time and last time was that they didn't have the specialized personnel to install our appliances, but I was also informed that they received our appliances over a week ago. Why schedule a date if you can't keep to that date? Especially if you've had what needs to be delivered for over a week? This is a very poor company move. And I can see I'm not the only person to experience this. Again, I will update when we receive our appliances. Update: They were actually able to install earlier than Saturday like they said. They informed us that they would be by on Wednesday. They stuck to the time window and installed the appliances quickly. I added another star because of this good service. Ok, word needs to get out about this company. Absolutely horrid service. They were scheduled to deliver our washer and dryer today, but they let us know today that they overbooked themselves and rescheduled for next Saturday. Not even for another weekday earlier. Now we have to go to a laundromat and spend even more money. When calling them, I was lied to, and told that it was because our washer and dryer wasn't delivered in time, but had already been told earlier that it was because they were overbooked. When called out, they admitted it. They supposedly are going to be sending an email to the "hub" to reschedule earlier, but based on service so far, I doubt it. Horrible, horrible service. Go literally anywhere else for delivery if you have the choice."
"If I could give negative stars, I would. Ordered a daybed on Amazon on Aug 1 with an expected delivery on aug 17. Shortly before the delivery date, I got notification that my item was delayed and that someone from the delivery agency would call me to reschedule. No one did. So I called on the 17th (the initial day of my delivery) and was told that they had the item in their warehouse but that a “work order” would have to be placed to update the status & allow it to be scheduled for delivery. I was told someone would call me in 24-48 business hrs. No one did. I call again on the 22nd. This time I am told that they don’t have the item and have to send an “urgent email When I tell them that I was told in the last phone call that they had my item in the warehouse, the representative changes directions & parrots that story instead. Again I’m told they will “enter a work order” and someone will call in 24-48 business hrs. No one does. I call again today on the 31 (a month after I’ve placed my order & 2 weeks out from my expected delivery). Again I am told that they “don’t have the item” and have to send an “urgent email” and that someone will call me in 24-48 business hrs. When I express my frustration at being told different stories, NOT receiving follow up calls as agreed upon AND the fact that I have been without adequate seating in my small apt living room for 2 weeks now (in planning for the anticipated delivery, i organized to have my former couch removed on the 15th), I am “sympathized with” but then repeated the same bs: they will send an “urgent email” and “someone will call you in 24-48 business hrs”."
"I have had 2 interactions with XPO in the last couple months. Both were mattress sets purchased from Sam's Club, one King and one full set. Both times I received numerous text, emails and a phone call to let me know when they were shipping and delivery date. Both times I received a text telling me the delivery window and both times I received the 30 minute call before they arrived...in 15. The delivery on the king they took directly to the bedroom on the second floor and set it up. They did this without making one mark on the walls going up a split staircase. I was amazed because it was heavy. On the delivery today I had them just leave it in the plastic and put it in the garage. Both delivery teams were nice and personable. I wanted to make sure and put this review in because I had read so much negative that I was understandably stressed but I did not have that experience with XPO at all. I would not hesitate to use them again. Note: This also came 8 days before they told me it would originally."
"Home Depot used this company to ship a vanity I ordered. I was given a delivery date. The day of supposed delivery, they never notified me. I had to call the company to find out that the vanity would not be delivered because they were over capacity. It was 3 days later before they could get it to me. They notified me by text saying I would hear from them 30 minutes prior to arrival. I recieved a call when the driver got there so I was not even there. My contractor received the item for me. The driver was rude and disrespectful on the phone with me and to my contractor in person."
